Embrace your Inner Power

Personal Transformation Coaching

Every intentional act is a magical act. - Gene Keys

My intention with this space and platform is to be a “tool box” of sorts, to assist you on the path of your personal freedom and liberation from self limiting narratives, feeling stuck and/or continuously repeating the same cycles.

In my experience, everyone around me has had some kind of rendezvous, however brief or extensive, with trauma, hurt feelings, addiction to a narrative, stuck in a loop, codependency, people pleasing, enmeshment, etc… and how effectively they cope with these experiences is dependent upon their self awareness, mindset, responsiveness (not reaction), and “tools” they have available to regulate their nervous systems.

I’m no ascended master (yet lol) and I understand that in the heat of the moment it’s just not realistic to sit back and admire the hermeneutic essence of our difficult experiences in real time. Instead, we choose (unsuccessful) survival strategies, coping mechanisms and addictions in an effort to take the “edge” off of our discomfort.

How do we find our way back to ourselves?

I witness my loved ones, friends, colleagues, neighbors and acquaintances become stifled and stuck by their own “solutions” ; the things that they have adopted to make them feel better actually compound their pain… Drugs, alcohol, smoking, gambling, food (disordered eating), spiritual bypass (avoidance), control (perfectionism), external validation (social media), busyness, sex… We can never get enough of something that almost works.

Pain is inevitable but suffering is optional… but in our clever slumber we choose to suffer. Why? Why not ask the Void, that we are so desperately trying to silence, what it really wants? Why are we so afraid of ourselves? When did we first lose touch with ourselves and how do we find a way back?

Pay attention to how you disregard your own needs

People are afraid of appearing selfish and following their dreams even though those dreams, if they are true dreams will be of far greater service to the planet than anything else they do. - Gene Keys

The truest form of altruism comes from being selfish. Let’s change the narrative of what it means to be “selfish”. Pouring into yourself and honoring your needs gives everyone around you permission to show up as their best self. Empowered choices are made in mastery (not victimhood) that take your mind, body, soul AND desire into consideration.

For those of you who feel called, This is my invitation to you…

Join me on this journey of finding our way back to nature and healing our collective soul sickness. Exploring our personal liberation (because it will look different for everyone), and creating a sacred community to be held in.
