I’m Leah—a writer, podcaster, and guide fascinated by what happens when we finally tell ourselves the truth.
Especially the truth that interrupts a perfectly convincing explanation for why we’re “fine.”
For more than twenty years, I’ve explored psychology, mythology, and philosophy. For over a decade, I’ve guided people through loss, shame, difficult choices, and the unsettling realization that the life they’ve built no longer fits.
My own life belongs in that inquiry, too. I know how easily strength becomes a hiding place—and how much courage it takes to admit what you want.
